US Chandelier - Return Policy
At US Chandelier, we specialize in selling chandeliers at wholesale prices to individuals, lighting retailers, interior design and renovation firms, and specialized lighting companies across the United States. We are committed to providing high-quality products with readily available inventory, shipped directly from our California warehouses.
Return Policy
- Eligibility & Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unopened packaging and must not have been assembled or installed.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Damaged or Missing Parts: If any part of the chandelier is damaged during assembly, we offer replacement parts for approximately 99% of our products. For parts that are unavailable in stock, we can arrange a special order from our factories in Hong Kong. Manufacturing and shipping times will apply. Depending on the situation, replacement parts may be provided at a nominal cost or free of charge.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom or special-order chandeliers, items that have been installed, used, or modified, and products returned without their original packaging do not qualify for a return.
